Our journey started with a simple obsession: how to make the perfect cup of cold brew. We realized that time and temperature are everything, leading us to refine our signature 14-hour slow-steep process that coaxes out the smoothest, richest notes without any bitterness.
We wanted to share this discovery in a space that felt like a quiet getaway. Inspired by the charming, slow-paced cafés of Paris, we designed our shop to be a warm community hub where locals can linger over a delicate latte, share a fresh croissant, and connect with neighbors.
